Additional background info below:

In a December 5, 2011 interview with TV 7&4 News (Teacher strips word “gay” from Christmas Carol)    and,0,7337852.story , Principal Chris Parker said “We have an anti-bullying and discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation and so going forward the teacher will be addressing this is how we're supposed to be reacting, this is the way to be respectful about this.” Elsewhere, he mentions using this as a “Teachable moment” for both teacher and students (1st and 2nd graders.)

TCFamily wants these parents to know the dangers associated with the promotion of homosexual behavior to their children (1st and 2nd grade in this instance), and with our street sign we will be pointing them to the “Truth Academy about Homosexuality” 20 part series telling the truth on the topic of homosexuality, which they can watch in the 10 counties of Northwest Michigan on Charter Cable. Go to to watch the videos.

This 3-day conference would have cost over $500 to attend, but the Cherry Knoll Elementary parents can watch it from the comfort of their homes for free. The speakers and 20 topics are described here:

We add local information at the end of each video on how TCAPS and the Traverse City Commissioners are promoting dangerous homosexual behavior in our schools and community, and totally ducking their responsibility to discuss the grave health risks associated with the behavior.
