and Homosexual "Trail of Deception"

Dear President Marjorie Rich:

 

What follows is a brief outline of the homosexual “Trail of Deception”all potentially affecting TCAPS students – which I will expand upon in this letter:

·        Jeff Haas, local pianist/composer, conducting 500 Diversity Workshops to 45,000 K-12 public school students since 1991 to present;

·        Borders Bookstore found to be slightly (500+ to 0??) biased;

·        NEA and MEA Teachers’ Unions (with the help of the Southern Poverty Law Center) promoting dangerous homosexual behavior to children whom they are supposed to be protecting.

As you might infer from the brief outline above, I am very concerned for the welfare of the over 10,000 TCAPS students from what has been called a “Trail of Deception” laid down by a very organized and powerful group of homosexual activists across our country and in our own TCAPS School District.  This trail has led to thousands of innocent, young, idealistic, impressionable students all across the United States (and the World) -- including the TCAPS students in our own community -- over the last 10 years or so that I have closely followed this matter.

 

As the www.TCFamily.org Founder and Webmaster, I plan to publish this letter of concern on our website (with many links to highlighted articles) to alert the Norwest Michigan Community to the grave potential danger to our K-12+ students from those who would promote the homosexual agenda.

 

I appreciated the recent opportunity on the night of March 17 to give my public input at the TCAPS School Board meeting, as to what type of person TCAPS should hire to fill the seat of outgoing superintendent James Feil.  I urge you to select a Superintendent who understands the homosexual trail of deception, including how they use politically correct terms like “diversity” and “tolerance” to deceptively promote their dangerous agenda to schoolchildren. 

 

If you remember, I showed you copies of most of the books listed in the brief outline above; I’m adding numerous articles, most of which point to a “gay” agenda that will endanger students across the country and world, including our own TCAPS students. 

 

What follows are the details of the basic outline listed above.

Author Peter Wood wrote “Diversity – The Invention of a Concept” to show that “Diversity” was a word invented out of thin air in a 1978 Supreme Court case by only one Justice Lewis Powell, and is now being used to promote political agendas, including the homosexual agenda.  Here are 4 relevant “Diversity” articles:

  1. The New Gay Teenager, by Ritch C. Savin-Williams; (6 page review by Frank York) 

Ø      Comments from the book / review:

·         “Gay Cornell University Professor Ritch Savin-Williams argues that teenagers are rejecting gender categories in their pursuit of satisfying sexual relationships. And, he's encouraged by the trend.”

·        The "New Gay Teenager" will be a person who can be attracted to both girls and boys and have sexual relationships with both sexes without guilt. The "New Gay Teenager," then is basically a pansexual or bisexual who rejects all gender categories.

·        Savin-Williams asks what has resulted in this "dramatic generational shift" between the old generation of gays who maintained that sexual orientation is fixed and unchangeable versus the new teen who views gender categories as unimportant? "Probably the media," says Savin-Williams. He notes: "The success of the entertainment industry in presenting and hence normalizing same-sex desire has had an incalculable impact on the ability of adolescents to understand their own emerging sexual desires." (p. 18).

·        Another change agent, says the professor is the public school system.

·        Professor Savin-Williams admits in Chapter 2 that gay or pro-gay researchers "invented" the gay teen. "Gay adolescence came to be what we researchers wanted it to be--what we were," says the author. (p. 23).

 

  1. Local Northwest Michigan Area Concerns:

·        (NMC) Northwestern Michigan College “’Gay’ and Lesbian Forum” Not a community forum. 

Ø      Paul Heaton, the Public Relations Director for Northwestern Michigan College (NMC), and a homosexual activist since at least 1997, gave the opening and closing remarks to the meeting of several hundred people, including many students. “thefreedictionary.com” defines “forum” as: “a public meeting place for open discussion”.  The group consensus appeared to strongly favor “gay” marriage; yet not one person from the 59% of Michigan voters who voted to protect marriage in Michigan was allowed to be on the panel in this “open discussion” forum.  So the forum was really a one-sided recruitment meeting, where at least 3 of the panelists told the heterosexuals that they could not win this battle without their help. No one mentioned that male homosexuals make up 71% of the male AIDS cases, or that men who have sex with men “have an HIV prevalence 60 times higher than the general population”.

·        TCAPS promoting homosexuality to students since at least 2001;

Ø      Recently I spoke with the Traverse City West Senior High Principal Joe Tibaldi.   Regarding the GLSEN “Day of Silence” held on April 16th, 2010, he said that as long as the students did not cause a disruption, they could remain silent in their classes on the day of silence.  I expressed my concern and said that I knew of at least one student who would not be going to school that day.

·        Jeff Haas, local pianist/composer, conducting 500 Diversity Workshops to 45,000 K-12 public school students since 1991 to present;

Ø      Every time I’ve seen the word “diversity” in the last ten years, it seems it’s referred to GLBT issues;  Jeff’s bio speaks of “building bridges between cultures, generations and identities.”  Jeff received the Human Rights Commission’s (HRC) “Sara Hardy Humanitarian of the Year” award in 2004; and the HRC helped sponsor the 2009 NMC “Gay and Lesbian ‘Forum’”, which is mentioned above.

·        Borders Bookstore found to be slightly (500+ to 0??) biased;

Ø       In about 2001, I went to Borders Bookstore in Traverse City and spent 45 minutes talking to a clerk, then his manager, and then his manager, all trying to find books – any books – expressing concern about homosexual behavior, or about someone who had left the “gay” lifestyle.  And after the 45 minutes and 3 clerks, we found zero books pro-traditional family regarding homosexuality; but I found over 500 books promoting and endorsing homosexual behavior.  500 pro-gay: 0 pro-traditional family.

·        NEA and MEA Teachers’ Unions -- with the help of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) -- promoting dangerous homosexual behavior to children whom they are supposed to be protecting.

Ø      Simply go to the NEA and MEA websites to see how they promote homosexuality.

Ø      Read “NEA goose steps into Johnny’s bedroom” to understand the reason for concern.

Ø      (The very people who are supposed to protect our children are putting them in harms’ way.)

·        Includes 10 pages of actual handouts from GLSEN, NEA, Planned Parenthood, and SEICUS; much of this material greatly undermines the traditional family unit.

Ø      Includes:

·        A letter sent out to every school superintendent in the country showing:

Ø      What are the science-based facts about the development of non-heterosexual attractions and gender confusion in youth?

Ø      In short, we need to recognize that HIV/AIDS is largely a male homosexual disease in the U.S., and it is highly preventable.

Ø      Is this the future?  This booklet was distributed to hundreds of kids (middle school age and up) at Brookline High School, Brookline, MA, on April 30, 2005. It was written by the Boston-based AIDS Action Committee, with help with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Boston Public Health Commission.

Ø      The event that day was designed for children and their teachers across Massachusetts, organized by the "Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network" (GLSEN).  This is the group that runs "Gay-Straight Alliance" clubs in public schools across the country. You must ask yourself: What kind of person would write this? What kind of person would give it to kids? Where is this movement headed?

Ø      “I call my book ‘The Marketing of Evil” because that is exactly what we are dealing with – the packaging and perfuming and gift-wrapping of destructive philosophies and behaviors and selling them to the American people as though they had great value.

                                                               i.      Michael quote: “I describe homosexuality as being in a cave; and when you leave it’s like being outside – bright blue sky; the difference is night and day; you don’t have to defend your actions; you don’t have to self-justify; you don’t have to be angry; you don’t have to make up for something; you don’t have to join a political movement; there’s so many things that you don’t have to do because you’re free; and freedom – if everybody could experience freedom they would choose freedom over bondage.”

Ø      Pete Lines was sexually and emotionally abused as far back as he can remember.  He went on to live an extremely promiscuous life until he was thirty.  Then a light bulb burst on for him to give him incredible understanding …

Ø      These two men give hope, healing, and the power of knowledge to those struggling with homosexual behavior (MP3 file format interviews to play or R-click to download).

 

  1.  Questions for those promoting the homosexual “Trail of Deception

·        If you believe homosexuals should have protected class status just like being Black, White, Indian, or Hispanic, then why aren’t there any ex-Blacks, ex-Whites, etc., like there are ex-homosexuals?

·        Why weren’t the 59% of those people who voted for the Michigan Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) represented during the November 5, 2009 “NMC ‘Gay’ and Lesbian Forum”, especially since the “forum” was sponsored by both City and “Community” College funds? 

o       Why did you have 6 speakers who all gave only one viewpoint, i.e. pro-homosexual?

o       Why didn’t anyone on the Panel mention the great risks involved with homosexual sex?

o       Why weren’t former homosexual allowed to speak on the panel?

o       Will those who are concerned about the promotion of homosexuality in our community be allowed to speak at the next “NMC ‘Gay’ and Lesbian Forum”?

o       If not, can we stop paying taxes to the City and to NMC?

o       If some young, possibly lonely, impressionable student came to the forum, and decided to act on his homosexual feelings because of the feeling of belonging at the forum, and he gets AIDS (60 times more likely for MSM), should the organizers of the “forum” be held accountable for this hypothetical student contracting a terminal disease?

o       Why did 3 or 4 individuals at NMC call me hateful simply for handing out a Gospel tract before and after the “Gay” and Lesbian “Forum”?  Why did several people try to get me arrested after the “Forum”?  Is being concerned for the well-being of those attending the “Forum” really equivalent to being “hateful”?

·        Why aren’t the high schools that have “gay-straight alliances” across our nation held liable for any student who contracts AIDS?

·        Even if the school lawyers could assure the administration that they could not be held liable, would the parents of the infected students feel the same way, or would they feel utterly betrayed?

·        From the book, “The New Gay Teenager,” we see the trend is going pansexual.  If sex is “fluid” and people are not born that way (which agrees with CDC findings), then why do we need special classification for someone choosing to act out on a certain sexual orientation feeling?

 

Looking at all the data, the “Gay” Movement appears to be a “house of cards” which would surely fall over at any moment, except for the fact that they have hundreds of millions of dollars, and have infiltrated far beyond their 2% population the main cultural units of Government, Education, Churches, Military, and the Media – especially the Media.

Thank you President Rich and all TCAPS Trustees for listening to my concerns.  Protecting students in this area will go a long way in making parents and students feel safe (and be safe) in our schools.  As you interview candidates for the new TCAPS Superintendent position, please remember that “keeping kids safe” means really keeping them safe, and not just being “politically correct” and saying that you are keeping them safe (like GLSEN does.) 

Our new TCAPS Superintendent should make the students’ true safety his #1 Priority.  And that means not allowing the homosexual activists to promote their dangerous agenda in our schools.
